My fuel level was low and after all the work was done, they sent someone (in their own vehicle) to a local gas station and only charged me for the fuel. That person had to take 15-20 min out of their day, at the shop's expense. It's small (but big) things like that for which I'm grateful, and which make me a loyal return customer.
